Betty Lou print
Oh my what I wouldn’t give to hear Betty Lou squeal “now this is what I call living!” when she had a house full of family. Because everyone was family to her.
She was everyone’s greatest cheerleader, trusted confidant, unconditional supporter, and never-ending fun. She always said that her cup runneth over. As she made ours.
She was my maternal grandmother who died about 12 years ago - coincidentally to the day I painted this. Amazing how a heart can burst with love and be painfully crushed from loss at the same time when thinking about her.
“Betty Lou” inspired my entire Wallflowers collection. Big bright, lovely, cheerful flowers bursting out of an unassuming vase.
All prints are printed on #80lb archival art paper, which is acid-free, lignin-free, and pH balanced, ensuring that they resist yellowing, fading, and deterioration over time. The paper is made from natural fibers such as cotton or alpha-cellulose, which provide strength and stability while allowing the paper to maintain its texture and appearance.
